Questions people ask
Is this diagnostic the same length as the Real Estate Salesperson exam?
No. The real exam varies by state, roughly 75 to 200 questions in 1.5 to 4 hours. In states that use the Pearson VUE national outline, the national portion has 80 scored questions plus 5 unscored pretest questions, and the area weights here follow that outline. This set has 30 questions in 1 hour, which works out to about 2 minutes per question. Your state's candidate handbook gives the exact count and time limit for your exam.
How are the 30 questions chosen?
They come from the free sample of the PassExams Real Estate Salesperson bank and follow the Pearson VUE weights for each content area. Areas that carry more questions on the real exam get more questions here.
Does a score here predict whether I will pass?
No single set of 30 questions can. Use it to find the areas that need work, then take it again after a few weeks of practice and compare the two reports.
Do I need an account?
No. Your answers stay in this browser and nothing is uploaded. You can save the report as an image when you finish.
