Each diagnostic is a timed question set weighted the way the real exam is weighted. When you finish, you get your score, a breakdown by exam area and the topics to study first.

Eight diagnostics are live. More exams are on the way.
Forty questions across the NCEES knowledge areas, from statics and mechanics of materials to water resources and transportation. Bring your calculator and the FE Reference Handbook.
Thirty-nine questions across all 14 NCEES areas, from statics and dynamics through thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and machine design. Bring your calculator and the FE Reference Handbook.
Forty single-answer questions spread across all eight client needs categories in the NCSBN test plan, from management of care to physiological adaptation.
One 60-minute block of 40 vignettes weighted by the official content outline. It covers every organ system plus biostatistics and general principles.
One timed block of 37 clinical vignettes weighted by the official content outline. Each one asks for the next step in management, the most likely diagnosis or the most appropriate test.
Three questions from each of the seven NCBE subjects, from civil procedure and evidence through real property and torts. Nothing is allowed in the room on the real exam, so work every fact pattern from the stem alone.
Forty scenario questions weighted by the PMI July 2026 outline, from the People domain through Process and Business Environment. Every item asks what the project manager should do next in predictive, agile or hybrid work.
Sixteen questions across seven of the eight knowledge domains, from the LEED process and integrative planning through water, energy, materials and indoor environmental quality.
The questions come from the free sample of each PassExams question bank. Before a diagnostic goes live, every answer key is worked by hand twice, independently of the bank, and an independent AI review then re-solves every question from the stem alone. Items with two defensible answers are dropped or reworded until one answer stands.
Each diagnostic also states its time limit and area weights on its own page, with the source of those weights. The FE Civil set follows the NCEES FE Civil specification, the NCLEX-RN set the NCSBN test plan, and the USMLE Step 1 set the official content outline.
Yes. Each diagnostic is a public page with no sign-up and no payment. Your answers stay in your own browser.
Most have 40 questions. FE Mechanical has 39, USMLE Step 2 CK has 37, Bar MBE has 21 and LEED Green Associate has 16. FE Civil allows 120 minutes, FE Mechanical 117 minutes, NCLEX-RN 80 minutes, USMLE Step 1 60 minutes, Step 2 CK 56 minutes, Bar MBE 38 minutes, PMP 53 minutes and LEED Green Associate 19 minutes, which matches the pace of the real exam.
You get a score, a breakdown by exam area, the topics to study first and a worked solution for every question. You can also save the report as an image.
Every key was worked by hand twice, independently of the question bank, and then checked once more by a separate AI review before the page went live.
Yes. The report view has a reset that clears your saved answers and starts the same questions again with a fresh timer.
Take the diagnostic, then keep going with the full question bank and an AI tutor that explains every answer.
