Questions people ask

Is this diagnostic the same length as the USMLE Step 2 CK exam?

No. The real exam runs up to 318 questions in eight 60-minute blocks over one day. This set has 37 questions in 56 minutes, which works out to about 2 minutes per question, the same pace as a real block.

How are the 37 questions chosen?

They come from the free sample of the PassExams USMLE Step 2 CK bank and follow the USMLE weights for each system. Areas that carry more questions on the real exam get more questions here.

Does a score here predict whether I will pass?

No single set of 37 questions can. Use it to find the areas that need work, then take it again after a few weeks of practice and compare the two reports.

Do I need an account?

No. Your answers stay in this browser and nothing is uploaded. You can save the report as an image when you finish.
